It's been my dream to launch a cafe / small restaurant to serve the patrons with various masterpiece from all around the world but that dream is way beyond my reach. This blog was created to remind myself that the dream is getting closer everyday, plus I need lots of practice. So, without further adieu, I present the savory masterpiece that I created for your viewing pleasure.

May 6th: Official launch of Rice Cooker Cafe (RCC)
Here are some masterpieces I created, along with my favorite timepiece.
First off, we have Occo Bocco created on May 5th, 2008. Slowly pan fried with carrots and sesame seed.
