It's been my dream to launch a cafe / small restaurant to serve the patrons with various masterpiece from all around the world but that dream is way beyond my reach. This blog was created to remind myself that the dream is getting closer everyday, plus I need lots of practice. May 20th: Pork chop served with buttery garlicky rice
As of May 20th, this dish is one of my creation using my own recipe.
